Including how to 'change' the people, future-proofing the board and what that could look like, how to identify and retain key talent and how to ensure continuous improvement is achieved in the board.
Attendees will leave this workshop with the knowledge and confidence of how to better interpret their own and other financial information, this will include: balance sheets and profit and loss accounts, understanding financial terminology, learning tricks of the trade and understanding cash management as well as an introduction to financial analysis.
In this interactive workshop, Jo will provide participants (people who are aspiring to be in a directorship or are currently in one) with an overall understanding of the role and responsibilities of a director.
